Luis "Anthony" MedinaAnthony Medina | CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

As CEO of Key advisory group Anthony Medina focuses on new business origination, risk valuation, structure and real estate including the coordination of all phases of the transaction from strategic planning & analysis through closing.  

Mr. Medina on behalf of his clients, represents clients in both a capital capacity and real estate advisor role in multiple of transactions.  He has extensive expertise in the investment sales of retail, office, commercial development opportunities, multifamily land and debt sales.  Mr. Medina has lead over 100 million in institutional and private client transactions.  

In the capital services sector Mr. Medina represents his clients interest in the local and global capital markets by providing senior mezzanine and equity capital placement services for construction, bridge, semi permanent, permanent and construction financing. Mr. Medina’s earlier involvement in the feasibility and acquisition or refinancing process  will not only assess clients in their budgeting and expectations for financing, but ensure a transaction will run smoothly from inception to completion.  

 

 

Christopher KusznirChristopher Kusznir | COO (Chief Operations Officer)

Christopher Kusznir has been a motivated entrepreneur serving the greater Ithaca area for over 15 years. A former student of the Park School of Communication at Ithaca College, Kusznir started his career early by co-founding his first company, Moving Box Studios, a multimedia production house, as a Freshman in College.

In 2005, he added a Real Estate license to his repertoire when he joined Audrey Edelman & Associates. Leveraging his newly gained knowledge in Real Estate with his ability to build effective partnerships, Kusznir would spend the next five years purchasing a rental property, opening a retail wine & liquor store, revitalizing a Franchise Quick-Service-Restaurant and, ultimately running for Mayor in 2010. In that same year, Kusznir’s experiences culminated with the birth of his first child, daughter Madison.

As a result, Kusznir would withdraw from the election and return to work and new family. Even larger changes were soon to come with the sale of the restaurant and production company as well as the formation of several new partnerships; a second multi-media production company, Well Said Media; a boutique Real Estate Sales Firm, Key Brokers, and a Franchise Consulting Firm, The Franchise Plug.

Kusznir is passionate about helping others reach financial freedom through Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Investment. He resides in Ithaca with Wife, Kara, and Daughter, Madison. He serves on the board of his local YMCA and is an active member of the community.

 

 

Pedro TaverasPedro Taveras | CTO (Chief Technologies Officer)

Pedro Taveras Jr born in New York, New York, CTO of Key Brokers Key Advisory Group and Taveras Investments. As CTO Pedro manages and maintains all backend operations of online accounts, websites, CRM software and App designs.

No job is too big or complicated for him with the knowing that hes only as good as his team. Pedro can and will do, what needs to be done to bring his companies to the forefront of their respective industries.

Only through hard work and dedication can any goal be achieved, but above all you must have belief, belief in yourself, believe in your team, belief in what you doing. I am not a religious person, I am a BELIEVER. I believe that I can, I believe that I will, I believe that I must. I believe that anything is possible.

Known nationally as a mortgage and title expert, Mr. Herbolich is also a professional writer and prolific blogger.  Mr. Herbolich earned a bachelors degree in Political Science from Villanova University, a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, a Masters of Law in Real Property from the University of Miami, and a Master of Business Administration from Grantham University. He enjoys playing competitive tennis and travelling when his schedule permits, as well as volunteering at various homeless shelters and soup kitchens.

Adam Greenberg as Managing Principal of Core Investment Properties Fund has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions. In total, Adam has completed over $250M in transactions as principal and has over $4B in transactional CRE experience including complex debt and equity transactions. He is a designated CCIM and holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University (Presidential Scholar).

DANIEL COLE, NY LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

With over 20 years in the workforce across a variety of industries, Daniel Cole brings to Key Brokers a sense for operational logistics.  The Southern Tier native met COO Christopher Kusznir in 2017 while managing a high-volume international auction house based outside of Ithaca, NY.  In the spring of 2020, the two would reconnect when Mr. Kusznir needed someone to revitalize his retail wine and liquor store after being impacted by the pandemic. 

Once on board the team, Daniel quickly saw the potential in Real Estate Sales, and in 2021 became a licensed agent with Key Brokers.  He looks to capitalize on the problem-solving skills learned along the way, to help his clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.  He resides outside of Ithaca with his wife, Sarah, and remains involved in the local music community through work as a live sound technician and podcast host.
